Harrisburg Telugu Association Harrisburg Telugu Association (HTA) of Pennsylvania is a non-profit cultural organization representing the Telugu speaking people from the state of Andhra Pradesh, Southern India, residing in the greater Harrisburg of Pennsylvania. The purpose of the Organization is to propagate, perpetuate, preserve and maintain Telugu language, heritage, culture, music, dance and drama among the Telugu speaking people and anyone who is interested in Telugu culture.
